Club Information
We have twenty to thirty active members who build in nearly all the various modeling topics :
aircraft, armor, ships, automotive, Sci-Fi, dioramas and vignettes.All of whom are eager to share building techniques and methods. We are a "Non-Nit Picking" group !
Our monthly meetings involve programs on modeling techniques, historical talks ( we have had speakers from Tuskeegee Airmen, an Enola Gay crew member and various authors). We are one of the oldest chartered IPMS chapters , having been established in 1965 and have had many national award winners over the years. The chapter co-sponsored the 2013 IPMS national convention. We have "Show and Tell" and a themed contest each month that is open to all members.
We welcome prospective members of all ages and gender.
Chapter meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month from 7:00-9:00 P.M. at Elway Chevrolet, 5200 South Broadway .
Located in the central metro area of Denver on a major thoroughfare, South Broadway.
Elway Chevrolet is just south of Bellview Avenue and north of Centennial Street on the east
side of Broadway. Parking is available either on adjacent side streets or in the Elway sales lot.
