Gavin converted his Bandai 1/72 scale Nyuren to 1/12 scale, exposing wires, adding rivets and bolts, and including parts and weapons from Tamiya and Little Armory. He painted with Tamiya lacquers, Vallejo and AK Interactive acrylics, and AK and Ammo by Mig Jimenez enamels. "The idea behind the model was to convert a typically very mech into a more human-scale drone or robot," Gavin says.
