You don't often see a German Bf 109 in American markings, but Bill shows his G-6 of the JG53 here. He improved the 1/48 scale Hasegawa kit with Eduard photo-etched metal parts, an Ultracast prop spinner, and a Quickboost exhaust. He painted with a variety of colors from Tamiya, Vallejo, and Mr. Hobby. Flory washes provided some dirt.
