Except for adding rigging, Richard built a Loose Cannon 1/700 scale USS Mitscher out of the box. He painted the destroyer leader with Polly Scale and Testors Model Master acrylics over automotive primer. Textured wallpaper covered with heavy acrylic gel medium put the ship to sea.
