Well, that doesn’t look right!  A bit of investigation revealed that the mounting posts for the blades are off center, in the “fat” part of the blade — as they should be. Someone (me) had mounted the prop hub inside the spinner and assumed that the blade pins should be in the center. And that same someone neglected to test-fit the parts. Until now, that is. In order to allow the blades to sit correctly in the spinner, the pins will have to go. Definitely my fault, not PCM’s.
